When are your services?
We meet on Sunday mornings at 10 am.

We are located at 2862 North Road across the street from the Findley Lake Community Center.
What should I expect on a Sunday morning?
Expect to find a welcoming environment where you are invited to come as you are. We enjoy
singing upbeat praise songs led by our band, as well as the great hymns of the faith led by the
piano. After singing, hearing the Scripture read, and the Children’s Moment, children are
dismissed to their classes, while the congregation hears the message. Our goal is to proclaim the
life-changing good news of Jesus in a way that offers hope and practical teaching for our lives.

Is there something for my children?
During our worship services, after the Children’s Moment, children are dismssised to their
classes. We offer four classes: Nursery (0-3 years of age), Little Lambs (4-5 year-olds), Jr.
Church (K-3 rd Graders), and Ichthus (4 th -7 th Graders). The Ichthus group stays in worship on the
first Sunday of the month as we celebrate communion together.

What do you believe?
Findley Lake Church adheres to the historic Christian faith as expressed in the Apostles’ Creed.
We believe the Bible is God’s word and is our guide for faith and practice. We emphasize that we
“major in the majors” as we share in common faith with Christian believers throughout the

We strive to be a loving community of Christ followers. Our desire is to reflect the heart of Jesus
who came full of grace and truth. We emphasize the power of Jesus to change our lives and
believe he offers us ultimate hope for this life and the life to come.

How do you serve your local community?
Everyone is welcome to experience the love and grace of Jesus through our ministries. If you
know of a need, please tell us about it. We serve our community through the food pantry that
operates out of our church under the direction of the Area Christian Action Council.
